What is the pricing model?

Initially you can start from 3 months free trial to get the value out of our platform.

We also provide Freemium model for the platform where you can access limited solutions for lifetime.

To continue using all the solutions after free trial, we charge only 2% of total cloud billing for enterprises. For partners, we always prefer to sit and talk and then mutually decide.

What are the requirements to set up Centilytics?

Initially you can start by providing read only permissions and in order to avail automation module you need to give more permissions.
For AWS: Cost and usage reports setup in s3 bucket and read only permissions
For Azure: Read only permissions

How long will it take for me to see analytics for my account on the platform?

As soon as you set up your account the security checks, optimization and inventory management works in real-time which run through access key and security key.
And the analytics will be available after 24 hours of account on-boarding.

Where can I find the Secret and Access Keys needed to add an AWS / Microsoft Azure Credential to Centilytics?

Users in IAM or Keys in App Registrations.

Will using Centilytics cause me to incur any additional charges from Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure?

No, there will be not be any additional charges.

Which cloud service provider can I use with Centilytics?

Centilytics currently supports Amazon Web Services (AWS) & Microsoft Azure.

Is there any mobile app for platform?

Yes, there is a free Centilytics app for Android and iOS.

What kind of cloud resources Centilytics can manage?

Can I make multiple accounts for my customers?

If you are using Centilytics for different number of customers, then you can make multiple accounts for each customer.

What if I don’t want to use platform anymore?

Easy, inform your account manager who will facilitate exit process.

How long will it take for me to setup Centilytics?

Centilytics setup process typically takes 15 minutes or less. It’s simple:

• Fulfil the requirements mentioned. (required to set up Centilytics)
• Setup your Centilytics account. (Free Trial. No Credit card required).
• Select your cloud service provider.
• Manage your cloud within a single pane of glass.

Can I give access to my Centilytics account to others?

We would not encourage passing on the credentials. Centilytics customers can self-provision & manage their account. We recommend you create user profiles with restricted access if you want to give access to others.
